To achieve this, our professional operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday work scheduled only as necessary to maintain project timelines. We firmly believe that the most sufficient way to take care of our clients is by ensuring our team is rested and focused, which requires dedicated time for rest and family outside of these hours. We greatly appreciate your partnership in respecting these time frames, as it guarantees the sustained quality and energy required to perform at our best for you. In return, we respect your privacy and evenings by concluding work promptly at 5:00 PM, allowing you uninterrupted time to regroup in your home. We kindly request that all non-emergency project communication and site visits be contained within these standard operating hours.
Please note that all projected start and completion dates are flexible and may be adjusted due to weather conditions. To uphold our quality standards, unforeseen rain, extreme temperatures, or high humidity may cause delays as they directly affect paint curing and adhesion. Additionally, our team observes major national holidays—including New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day—to ensure necessary rest and time with family. We will proactively communicate any necessary schedule adjustments, whether due to weather or holiday observance, to maintain clarity and minimize disruption to your project.
